Through a lived turning point, I work with corporations, banks and compliance teams; with universities and ethics/compliance training institutes; and also one-on-one, confidentially, with executives and leaders who need clarity to decide better and stay aligned with the principles they claim to stand for.

I work with organizations where ethical decisions are not theoretical, but real and consequential. I help leaders, executive teams, and compliance functions identify where alignment breaks between values, decisions, and incentives—and rebuild it with clarity and structure. Not from external pressure alone, but from accountability and the values that must hold in every real decision.
Universities and Future Leaders
Many ethical failures do not begin with bad intentions, but with a dangerous belief: “that won’t happen to me.” I work with universities, leadership programs, and ethics/compliance training institutes to develop judgment, rigor, and early awareness before power, pressure, and irreversible decisions appear. The goal is not to produce “good” leaders, but leaders prepared to decide when doing so carries cost.
Ethics in Action
Organizations can have strong controls, clear policies, and oversight mechanisms—and still fail ethically. That failure often occurs when values stop guiding real decisions and become abstract statements. Turning Point Mindset focuses on where ethics actually lives: in the moment a decision is made.
